摘要
随着社会信用体系的建设、信用行业的发展,信用管理人才的培养成为迫切任务。以人才理论、系统论和教育质量观理论为指导,从人才培养模式构成要素视角出发,在分析国内信用管理人才培养现状基础上,从7个维度构建信用管理人才培养质量影响因素指标体系,并运用AHP-模糊综合评价模型进行关键性影响因素识别。基于此,提出以培养定位为导向,突出专业特色,增强专业影响力;优化考核方式,拓展课程设置,提升学生综合信用管理能力;整合社会资源,提升师资力量,丰富校园环境等建议,以期提升我国信用管理人才培养的质量。
With the construction of social credit system and the development of credit industry, credit management personnel training has become an urgent task. Taking the talent theory, system theory and educational quality theory as guidance, this paper constructs the index system of influencing factors of credit management personnel training quality from seven dimensions on the basis of the analyses on current situation of domestic credit management personnel training from the perspective of talent composition model. And AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to identify key factors.Based on this,it is proposed to highlight the professional characteristics, enhance the professional influence;opti-mize the assessment methods, expand the curriculum to enhance students? comprehensive credit management ability; inte-grate social resources, promote the teachers, enrich the campus environment and so on guided by culture orientation so as to improve the quality of credit management talent training.
