"一带一路"建设,带来的文化促发力给予中国电影发展新思路:扩大观照视野、交流促进理解、坚守本土特色、强化国家影像辨识度。文化决不能简单屈就市场而应当促发市场生机,本土价值观与文化特色不能弃置不顾,简单追逐外在技术与类型不能获得长足发展,强化民族特色与乡土意识对于成熟的国家电影意义重大。知晓世界更要知晓自身文化艺术的优势,新的借鉴是坚守自我和强化主体艺术与价值观,营构具有鲜明文化辨识度的电影艺术大景观。

The cultural thrust brought by the u Belt and Road＇s Initiative provides new ideas to the develop-ment of Chinese films - we should expand our vision, promote mutual understanding through communication, adhere to local characteristics and strengthen the identity of Chinese films. Culture should not simply yield to the market and should boost the market vitality. The mere development of external technology and type can-not bring the enormous and everlasting development of a country＇s films, and strengthening the national char-acteristics and local consciousness is of such great significance for mature national films that we should by no means disregard local values and local cultural characteristics. We should not only try to learn and under-stand the world culture, but also know the advantages of our own culture and art and adhere to our art and values to build a film art with distinctive cultural identity.
