摘要 传统火电机组直吹式制粉系统磨煤机入口容量风门进出口处节流损失大,燃料量的响应延迟问题突出,造成一次风机能耗高和负荷调节滞后或是超调,负荷响应速率不能满足AGC要求。为解决这些问题,本文提出基于保持磨煤机入口容量风门风挡板全开的协调控制的新方式。该控制方式不但具有明显的节能效果,而且提高了系统调节品质和锅炉对负荷的响应速率。 There are some prominent problems like mill entrance door capacity inlet and outlet throttling loss and the amount of fuel , in direct fired pulverizing system of traditional thermal power unit, it may cause the high energy consumption of primary fan and the lag or overshoot of load. The load response speed can not meet the requirements of AGC. In order to solve these problems, this paper introduces a new control mode of primary air pressure. This method not only has obvious energy saving effect, but also improves the quality of the system and the response rate of the boiler to the load. It can be used in all direct fired pulverizing system and it has broad application potential.
