一种面向光栅信号计量的改进迟滞区间补偿算法

摘要 为了补偿由于迟滞比较器引入所带来的位移计量误差,针对通常的迟滞区间补偿算法无法补偿光栅计量信号落在实际迟滞区间门限电压与计算迟滞区间门限V_+、V_-之间所导致的计数误差,提出采用设置变量来标识信号起始点和终止点象限,判断两者象限差与总计数值N模除4所得值是否相等,来决定是否进行增减补偿的迟滞区间补偿算法,并对两种实际出现的特殊情况进行了计数值修正处理。实验证明,该迟滞区间补偿算法可以有效克服计算迟滞门限电压因电子元器件的偏差、电源的纹波干扰以及环境中的电磁干扰而与实际迟滞门限电压不相等所带来的计数误差,使得整个计量系统达到较高的精度。 In order to compensate the error caused by the hysteresis comparator, the usual hysteresis interval compensation algorithm can not compensate for the error caused by the grating measurement signal falling between the actual hysteresis threshold voltage and the calculation value of hysteresis threshold V+ and V - . In this paper, variables are set to identify the signal start point and end point quadrant and then whether the difference between the variables quadrants and the value of the total numerical modulo division of four is equal is determined. Then,the algorithm of lag interval to increase or decrease for compensation is conducted. The experiment shows that the algorithm can effectively overcome the counting error due to the difference of the threshold voltage and actual hysteresis threshold voltage caused by the deviation of electronic components,power supply ripple interference and electromagnetic interference of the environment. It makes the whole measurement system achieve high accuracy.
