摘要
该文简单阐述了玻璃熔窑全氧燃烧技术的发展历程,并对比了全氧燃烧熔窑相比空气燃烧熔窑在窑池、火焰空间等部分在设计上的区别。着重对熔窑碹顶、池壁和胸墙等关键部位的耐火材料的选材设计进行剖析,最后对全氧燃烧技术目前存在的瓶颈和下一步的发展方向进行了探讨。
This article introduced the development history of oxy-fuel combustion technology for glass furnace and compared the differences between the oxy-fuel and air-fuel combusted furnace in respect of bath and flame space design.Particular emphasis was given to the analysis of refractory material selection for key components such as furnace arch,side wall and breast wall.At last,it discussed the current bottleneck and the future development direction of oxyfuel combustion technology.
