摘要
结合房屋建筑使用年限以及抗震设计规范的变化发展情况,以使用期在20年至40年的11个城市房屋建筑为研究对象,采用有限元分析与设计软件SAP2000分析了抗震性能。分析结果表明,采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构和框剪结构的房屋建筑,基本上都能达到现行规范的抗震设防目标,但震害等级有所差别。最后,提出了城市房屋建筑防震减灾的预测策略。
Considering the service life of urban building and the development and changes of seismic design code,the seismic performance of eleven constructions under 20- 40 years working life are analyzed by the finite element analysis and design software SAP2000.The results of the analysis indicate that according to the current code,the seismic fortification targets of the buildings constructed by frame structure of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete and frame-shear wall structure are satisfied.But the seismic hazard grades are different.At last,the strategies on earthquake damage prediction of urban buildings are put forward.
