建筑工程土建施工技术要点分析

Analysis on Key Techniques in Terms of Civil Engineering of Construction

社会经济的快速发展,对我国建筑行业的发展建设起到了极大的推动作用,但随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,使之也面临机遇和挑战并存的局面。当前,不断提高的生活质量,让人们对建筑行业施工质量提出了更高的要求,土建施工作业作为建筑行业的重要组成部分,更是直接影响着整个国民经济建设。为此,笔者结合自身工作实践,简要论述了土建施工技术的重要性,重点对钢筋施工、模板工程施工、砖砌筑项目施工、混凝土施工等建筑工程土建施工的技术要点进行了分析,旨在促进建筑企业竞争力的提升,使之获得更多的经济收益。

The rapid social and economic development has dramatically contributed to the progress of construction industry in China.However,opportunities and challenges coexist with the intensifying market competition.Nowadays,thanks to the improvement of life quality,higher requirements have been put forward with regard to the quality of construction in construction industry.In particular,civil engineering,as a crucial part of the construction industry,will impact the construction of national economy in a more direct manner.Therefore,the author provided a brief illustration on the significance of civil engineering techniques with his own working experience incorporated.The emphasis was given to the analysis of key civil engineering techniques concerning reinforcement construction,template engineering construction,masonry work,and concrete construction so as to equip the construction enterprises with more competitiveness and profits.
