衬砌背后空洞对既有隧道受力影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 衬砌背后空洞使衬砌结构的受力状态变得复杂,严重影响其服役期的安全性。以某病害隧道的典型断面为数值计算对象,考虑衬砌背后拱顶、拱腰和仰拱位置的空洞,及其相应部位处考虑10°、25°、45°空洞范围,研究衬砌背后空洞对衬砌结构的受力状态。研究表明:拱顶处空洞使拱顶容易出现开裂破坏而降低承载能力,其拱顶弯矩分别是无空洞时的1.56倍、11.94倍、17.66倍;左拱腰空洞使衬砌结构承受偏压荷载,其左拱腰弯矩放大系数分别为1.93倍、1.98倍、2.03倍;仰拱脱空使仰拱截面的受力不合理,应采取措施及时处治空洞病害。 The stress of the lining structure becomes complicated because of the voids behind the tunnel,which seriously affects the safety of the lining. By taking a typical section of one tunnel as an example in this paper,we consider the voids behind the vault,arch waist and invert arch,and the corresponding positions with 10 °,25 ° and 45 °,the stress state of the lining structure was analyzed. The results show that the void behind the vault makes the vault crack easily and reduce the bearing capacity and the moment of the arch is 1. 56 times,11. 94 times and 17. 66 times compared to no void; the voids behind the arch waist makes the lining structure subjected to eccentric load and the amplification factor of moment of the left arch waist is 1. 93 times,1. 98 times and 2. 03 times compared to no void;the void behind the invert arch makes the stress state of the invert arch unreasonable. Measures should be taken timely to treat the voids behind the tunnel.
