复合益生菌制剂对哺乳仔猪生长性能和免疫水平的影响研究 被引量:22

摘要 本试验旨在研究干酪乳酸菌、酿酒酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌3者组合的复合益生菌制剂对哺乳仔猪临床应用的效果。试验选取40头新生哺乳仔猪平均分为对照组和试验组,分别于7日龄、14日龄和21日龄前腔静脉采血用于检测血液生理生化指标,21日龄每组选取1头仔猪进行解剖,取其小肠经处理测定其肠黏膜SIgA水平。试验结果表明,复合益生菌制剂能显著提高哺乳仔猪的平均日增重(P<0.05),降低哺乳仔猪腹泻率(P<0.01);增加仔猪血液中白细胞数量、红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量(P<0.01)和淋巴细胞(P<0.05);试验组仔猪血清LDH、ALP和TP含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),ALT、AST和血清BUN含量均显著高于对照组(P>0.05);增加IL-6、IL-1β和TNF-α分泌量(P<0.05);提高十二指肠、盲肠黏膜SIgA水平(P<0.05)和空肠黏膜SIgA水平(P<0.01)。研究提示干酪乳酸菌、酿酒酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌组成的复合益生菌制剂能够提高哺乳仔猪的生长性能和免疫水平。 The study is to research effects of the compound probiotics made of Lactobacillus casei,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis on the clinical application of suckling piglets.Forty suckling piglets were divided into control group and experimental group,then at the age of 7th,14 th and 21 th days old,blood samples were collected from the precava of the suckling piglets for detection of physiological and biochemical indexes of blood,at the 21 th days old,one piglet was randomly selected from each group and was dissected,the small intestine was dealt with and detected intestinal mucosa of SIgA levels.The results showed that the compound probiotics can significantly improve average daily gain of suckling piglets(P〈0.05),reduce diarrhea rate of suckling piglets(P〈0.01),increase the number of white blood cells,lymphocytes red blood cells and blood platelet(P〈0.05).The content of LDH,ALP and TP of experimental group were all extremely higher than the control group(P〈0.01),the ALT,AST and serum BUN content were all significantly higher than the control(P〈0.05).Furthermore,it also increased IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-a secretion(P〈0.05),and enhanced the SIgA levels of duodenum and cecum mucosa(P〈0.05)and jejunum secretion(P〈0.01).The study suggested that the compound probiotics can improve the growth performance and immunity levels of suckling piglets.
