摘要
基于广义超薄气体润滑FK方程,本文提出了采用分段二次拟合的方法优化新模型,给出了基于新模型RFK的有限差分法离散及迭代公式。以目前市场上典型的ABS为例,计算和对比了磁头滑块的压力分布及其他物理特性,数据表明该方法对超薄气体条件下的气膜润滑计算是可靠和高效的。
One optimized FK equation for ultra thin gas film lubrication is introduced and its discrete FDM and iteration equation is also released. The slider pressure distribution and flying attitudes of typical ABS are obtained based on the new model, the comparison between simulation data and tested data shows the new model is reliable and high efficient.
