摘要 平衡重体作为叉车的重要零部件,在叉车正常工作时主要起平衡力矩作用,以保证车辆不会向前倾翻,同时也是叉车外观形象的重要表现。传统设计的平衡重体局限于环境影响和制造工艺等因素,不能最大限度发挥平衡重体的作用。本文建立了叉车转向轮运动规律包络图,并由该曲面进行平衡重的挖空设计,从而使平衡重在叉车上的应用空间最大化,更具美观性。 As an important component of fork lift truck, the counterweight not only functions as trimming moment during normal working to prevent truck from tilting forward, but also is the important part of the forklift's appearance. The traditional design of counterweight is limited to environmental impact and manufacturing process, and it can not maximum counterweight function. This paper establishes steering wheel spatial motion curved surface based on its law of motion,and designs counterweight taking advantage of the curved surface to maximum counterweight's application on forklift truck and make it is more beautiful.
