摘要 在我国工业系统不断完善的背景下,数控机床在工业生产中扮演着极为重要的角色,因为它的运行质量将会直接影响生产零件的精确性。受各种因素的影响,在数控机床运转过程中可能会产生振动现象,将极大地影响整个生产过程。因此,相关人员必须加强对振动现象的重视,积极采取措施控制数控机床所产生的振动,保证零件加工的准确性。 In our industry to improve the system of background, NC machine plays in industrial production in the role is extremely important, can be said that the CNC machine operation quality will directly affect the accuracy of production parts. Affected by various factors, in the CNC machine tool during operation may produce vibration phenomenon, this effect is for the entire production process is very large, so the relevant personnel must strengthen their attention, actively take measures to control the vibration of CNC machine tools, machining accuracy is guaranteed create conditions.
