摘要
文章首先从数控系统总体设计方案、硬软件组成进行介绍,然后针对引入Ether CAT的数控系统的实现,提出了一种基于Xenomai实时操作系统的改造及基于PC控制的可行系统方案,构建了基于Linux+Xenomai+Ether CAT的总线数控系统,并详细分析了数控系统核心的插补与位置控制数据结构。
This article first from the overall design of CNC system, hardware and software components are introduced, then the realization of open CNC system based on the introduction of Ether CAT, presents a transformation based on Xenomai real-time operating system and feasible system scheme based on PC control, build a bus NC system based on Linux+Xenomai+Ether CAT, and detailed analysis of the interpolation and position control the core data structure of CNC system.
