摘要
机床设备开发是未来绿色齿轮机床开发的主要方向和关键领域。本文对齿轮加工机床的绿色特性进行了分析,根据传统齿轮加工机床的工序复杂、材料损耗较高和环境污染较严重等特点,提出了面向绿色设计制造技术的改良策略。并对齿轮机床的干切削技术、数控技术、模块化和结构优化设计技术进行分析,指出齿轮快速干式切割技术能有效地节约制造成本和降低环境污染。
The development of machine tool equipment is the main direction and key field of green gear machine tool development in the future. Firstly, the green characteristics of gear cutting machine are analyzed, puts forward improvement strategies for green design and manufacturing technology of the gear processing machine according to the characteristics of the traditional process complex, high material consumption, serious environmental pollution etc.. The dry cutting technology, numerical control technology, modularization and structural optimization design technology of gear machine tool are analyzed. It is pointed out that the gear fast dry cutting technology can effectively save manufacturing cost and reduce environmental pollution.
