在公司品牌结构不断更新发展下,一些产品烟支长短规格也需及时更换。当烟支长短规格进行相应改造时,ZJ29机烟支前分离段部分也要进行相应更换。此部位更换过程中由于烟支长短不同,分离的距离也不一样,导致每次更换该部位时的工作量较大,而且拆装步骤繁琐。对该部位认真观察及细致分析其结构、原理后,决定对其部位进行改进。经过改进的烟支前分离段阀芯,能在同一轴和阀芯上实现产品规格烟支长短互换功能,减少了该部位繁琐更换操作拆装步骤,不但有效降低了劳动度,而且还减少了因部件频繁拆卸造成的磨损。

After the smoke front improved separation valve, can realize the products of our factory specifications and the length of the Cigarette swap function on the same shaft and the valve core, thus reducing the tedious parts of operation to replace the disassembly procedures, which can effectively reduce labor intensity, but also because of frequent disassembly made certain parts wear and increase the spare parts consumption phenomenon.
