摘要
本文主要介绍了海外EPC输变电工程项目特点以及EPC输变电工程实施过程管理。海外EPC总承包企业面对机遇的同时也面对风险,在海外从事输变电EPC总承包的企业需要做好充分准备,面对可能存在的各种难题。
This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of overseas EPC power transmission and transformation project and the management of the implementation of EPC power transmission and transformation project. Overseas EPC contracting enterprises are faced with opportunities as well as risks, and overseas enterprises engaged in power transmission and transformation EPC contracting enterprises should be well prepared to face various possible problems.
