创新型语言服务人才培养协同机制探究

An Explorative Study of Collaborative Mechanism in Cultivating Innovative Talents for Language Industry

创新型语言服务人才的培养是一项系统工程,需要高校、政府相关职能部门、用人单位、行业机构广泛协作,共同参与。基于协同创新理论,探讨了创新型语言服务人才培养协同机制的构建,包括人才培养计划与行业需求反馈协同机制、跨校跨学科课程协同机制、校内教学与实践教学协同机制、多元考核评价协同机制、学历教育与毕业后再教育协同机制。

Cultivating innovative talents for language industry is a systematic project,which needs wide collaboration among universities,government departments,employers and companies in language industry. Based on the theory of collaborative innovation,this paper has put forward the collaborative mechanism of cultivating innovative talents for language industry,including the collaborative mechanism of talent cultivating program and industry feedback,the collaborative mechanism of intercollegiate and interdisciplinary courses,the collaborative mechanism of classroom teaching and practical teaching,the collaborative mechanism of diversified assessments,as well as the collaborative mechanism of curricula education and non-curricula education.
