摘要
当代大学生面临多重压力,由此引发了一系列的心理问题。大学生存在哪些心理问题,应采取哪些干预手段来解决大学生的心理问题,成为家长和学校亟待解决的问题。体育运动作为心理问题的重要干预手段之一,有其特殊的意义。按照体育项目的强度、功效以及对神经系统的作用等对体育项目进行分类,依据不同气质类型的普遍特征,建议大学生采用不同类型体育项目,以期为缓解和康复大学生的心理问题提供一定的理论参考。
The contemporary college and university students are confronted with multiple pressures,under which a series of psychological problems have arisen. What psychological problems that the college students encounter,and what interventions to be taken to solve the psychological problems have become an urgent issue for parents and schools. As one of the main interventions of psychological problems,sports possess the special significance in dealing with the matters. Based on the strength and efficiency of sports project and the functions of nervous system,the author has classified the sports,and suggested corresponding sports for the college students to engage in according to the common characteristics of different types of temperament of the students,and has provided a theoretical reference for the relief and rehabilitation of the psychological problems of college students.
