多科室联合护理查房的临床实践

Clinical practice of multi-department cooperation in nursing wards round

目的通过改革护理查房模式,提高护士对查房的认同感及护理查房质量。方法实施前后各选取150名护士,每2个月开展1次多科室联合护理查房,查房科室和联合科室从不同专科角度呈现同一病例的护理相关知识,并采集实施前及实施24个月后护士对传统形式查房和多科室联合查房的认同感及护理查房质量得分。结果与传统形式查房相比,多科室联合护理查房形式有助于巩固专业知识、提升服务意识、提高分析解决问题的能力、提高语言表达能力、了解业内最新信息、掌握患者的全程连续护理、有助于科室间沟通协作、开展优质护理(P<0.05);2种查房形式在提高查房护理质量评分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多科室联合护理查房可提高护士对查房的认同感与护理查房质量。

Objective To improve the sense of identity of nurses toward nursing rounds andthe quality of nursing rounds by reform the mode in nursing wards round. Methods A kind ofmultidisciplinary nursing ward round was implemented bimonthly for 24 months. During each ward round,the illness condition and nursing needs of patients were discussed and tailored ad-dressed based on theperspectives of different disciplines/departments. Thequality of nursing rounds and sense of identity of nurses toward nursing rounds were measured by two questionnaires,and the data was collected at the baseline （before the new model of nursinground） and 24 months after ttie implementation of the new nursing round model. 24 months） implementation of multidiscij）lina^ nursing wad rounds, the sense of identity of nur-ses towad nursing rounds were improved （P 〈 0.05 ）,which included their professional knowl-edge , ser-vice awaenes, ability of analyzing and solving problems, communication ski Is, under- standing of the latest professional information, understanding of the continuous nursing, coopera- tion between different disciplines/departments. The quality of nursing rounds was improved as well（P 〈0. 05） after 24 months’ implementation of multidisciplinary nursing ward rounds. Conclusion The multidisciplinary nursing ward rounds can improve the sense of identity of nur-ses toward nursing rounds and the quality of nursing rounds.
