癫痫患者照顾者心理弹性与生活质量相关性研究

Correlation between resilience and quality of life in caregivers of epilepsy patients

目的探讨癫痫患者的照顾者心理弹性与生活质量的相关性。方法选取90例癫痫患者的照顾者照为研究对象,分析照顾者心理弹性与生活质量之间的相关性。结果癫痫患者照顾者心理弹性得分为(26.37±6.13)分,生活质量总得分为(40.17±5.33)分,生活质量量表中生理领域(r=0.505,P<0.01)、心理领域(r=0.482,P<0.01)、社会关系领域(r=0.587,P<0.01)、环境领域(r=0.475,P<0.01)和总分均(r=0.223,P<0.01)与心理弹性呈正相关。结论癫痫患者照顾者心理弹性与生活质量有一定的相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between resilience and quality of life in caregivers of epilepsy patients. Methods Totally 90 caregivers of epilepsy patients were chosen in these study. The quality of life and resilience of caregivers were investigated by Connor-Davidson resilience scale and quality of life( QOL) scale. Results The score of resilience was( 26. 37 ± 6. 13) and the score of quality of life was( 40. 17 ± 5. 33). The QOL was positively correlative with physical domain( r = 0. 505,P < 0. 01),psychological domain( r = 0. 482,P <0. 01),social relation domain( r = 0. 587,P < 0. 01),environmental domain( r = 0. 475,P <0. 01) and overall score( r = 0. 223,P < 0. 01). Conclusion There is a certain correlation between resilience and quality of life in caregivers of epilepsy patients
