摘要
目的观察床头标记卧位线在半坐卧位患者健康宣教中的应用效果。方法 160例采取半坐卧位的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组采用常规宣教方法,观察组采用常规宣教方法配合床头标注卧位线。评价2组患者半坐卧位正确执行率及患者对宣教的满意度。结果观察组患者半坐卧位正确执行率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者对护理服务的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论半坐卧位患者采用床头卧位线作为参照物,操作简单,角度易于控制,正确执行率高。
Objective To observe effect of clinostatism line labeling in health education for patients with supported fowler position. Methods Totally 160 patients with supported fowler position were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.Both two groups received routine health education,and the clinostatism line labeling method was carried out in the observation group. The implementation rate of taking supported fowler position and satisfaction degree on health education were assessed and compared between two groups.Results The implementation rate of taking supported fowler position appropriately was higher in the observation group than that of controls( P < 0. 01). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the health education compared with those in the control group( P < 0. 01).Conclusion Clinostatism line labeling is an effective way to ensure the implementation of supported fowler position.
