盐酸多柔比星脂质体早期滴注反应的观察和预防

Observation and prevention on adverse reaction caused by intravenous drip of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome

目的探讨治疗盐酸多柔比星脂质体的早期滴注反应的观察及预防措施。方法选取247例患者使用盐酸多柔比星脂质体治疗的淋巴瘤和多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象,通过在使用盐酸多柔比星脂质体前使用糖皮质激素,配制时注意药液浓度的控制,输液速度的设计以及使用时的观察,预防早期滴注反应的发生。结果 247例盐酸多柔比星脂质体的患者均未发生早期滴注反应。结论通过护士密切的观察和预防,设计操作流程和规范并严格实施,可以减少使用盐酸多柔比星脂质体患者早期滴注反应的发生。

Objective To observe the adverse reaction caused by intravenous drip of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome and to summarize relate preventive nursing measures. Methods Totally 247 patients with lymphoma or myeloma were included in this study. Patients were administrated with glucocorticoid before intravenous drip of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome. The chemical dosing concentration was control and infusion speed were carefully designed,in order to prevent the early stage adverse reaction. Results There was no adverse reaction caused by intravenous drip observed in this study. Conclusion Nursing measures on vital sign monitoring,infusion control and regulation of infusion procedure should be carried out,so as to prevent the early stage adverse reaction.
