摘要
通过对电石企业环形加料机底下料仓的料位检测方式:γ射线料位开关、射频导纳料位开关、阻旋料位计、重锤料位计、雷达料位计及微波开关等的使用优缺点进行比较,指出了采用改进安装方式的微波开关是目前最好的测量方式,值得在电石行业推广使用。
The merits and demerits of detecting the material level under the ring feeder hopper of calcium carbide enterprises,such as the γ ray level switch,RF admittance level switch,damped rotation material level meter,hammer level meter,radar level meter and microwave switch was compared. It is pointed out that the modified microwave switch is the best measurement method at present. It is worthy of promotion.
