根管封闭剂MTA、AH-Plus对大鼠皮下组织相容性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过大鼠皮下埋植实验,比较MTA、AH-Plus两种根管封闭剂生物相容性的差异。方法:取SD大鼠28只,并将预制的MTA、AH-Plus两种根管封闭剂圆片和医用硅胶片(用于对照组)分别埋植于每只大鼠的背部皮下;分别于术后1、2、4、8周各随机处死7只大鼠,并采用HE染色法观察各埋植材料的组织相容性。结果:对照组和MTA组术后第1周时均表现为Ⅱ级炎症反应,其他各时间点均表现为I级炎症反应,两组各时间点相比P>0.05;AH-Plus组在术后第1、2、4周时均表现为Ⅱ级炎症反应,各时间点与对照组相比P<0.05,第8周时虽表现为I级炎症反应,但其炎细胞数仍明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MTA对大鼠皮下结缔组织的生物相容性优于AH-Plus。 AIM To study the in vivo biocompatibility of root canal sealer MTA and AH - Plus. METH-ODS :28 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 7 ) . The samples of MTA, AH-Plus and silica gel ( the con-trol) were respectively and subcutaneously implanted into 3 sites in each of the rats. 7 rats were respectively sacrificed 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after implantation, the histocompatibility of the materials was examined. RESULTS: Class Ⅱ in-flammatory reaction (IR) was observed in the control and MTA group at 1 week examination, class I IR was observed at 2, 4 and 8 week and no statistical significance was found between the 2 group (P 〉 0. 05 ) . 1, 2 and 4 weeks after op-eration ,AH-Plus group showed Class Ⅱ IR (vs control group, P 〈 0. 05 ) , at week 8, inflammatory response turned to Class I. CONCLUSION: MTA has better biocompatibility in rat subcutaneous connective tissue than AH-Plus.
