江苏省某劳动密集型材料技术服务企业员工职业紧张状况及其影响因素 被引量:1

Occupational stress status and its influencing factors among employees in a labor-intensive materials technology services enterprise in Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的了解江苏省某劳动密集型材料技术服务企业员工职业紧张状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用整群分层随机抽样方法选取江苏省某劳动密集型材料技术服务企业626名员工为研究对象,采用《简明职业紧张问卷》调查其工作要求-自主(JDC)模式职业紧张情况,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果 626名研究对象中,JDC模式高职业紧张检出率为78.9%(494/626)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,月收入是发生JDC模式高职业紧张的独立影响因素,月收入在>5 000~8 000元的员工高职业紧张检出率(94.0%)高于月收入>8 000元(72.7%)的员工。结论该企业员工JDC模式职业紧张检出率较高,其职业紧张发生的独立影响因素为月收入,其中中上等收入人群为职业紧张高危人群。 [Objective]To investigate the level of occupational stress among employees in a labor-intensive materials technology services enterprise in Jiangsu Province,analyze its influencing factors.[Methods]626 workers were collected from a labor-intensive materials technology services enterprise in Jiangsu Province by using the stratified cluster random sampling method. The Simple Occupational Stress Questionnaire was used to investigate the occupational stress status of job demand-control(JDC)model,and the influencing factors were analyzed.[Results]Among the 626 workers,the detection rate of high occupational stress in JDC was 78.9%(494/626). The results of multivariate logistic analysis indicated that the monthly income was the independent influencing factor for high occupational stress in JDC,while the detection rate of high occupational stress in workers whose income was 〉5 000-8 000 Yuan(94.0%)was higher than that of workers with income more than 8 000 Yuan(72.7%).[Conclusion]The detection rate of high occupational stress in JDC model is high among employees in the enterprise. The monthly income is the independent influencing factor for occupational stress,and the employees with middle and upper income are the high risk population for occupational stress.
