互联网+应急广播系统建设与经验

Construction and experience of Internet + emergency broadcasting system

针对应急广播系统建设问题,结合目前四川省的建设情况,在分析传统广播不能满足互联网发展趋势的基础上,提出了应急广播的优势并给出了系统架构,之后详细介绍了四川省应急广播的建设内容,包括平台、传输网络以及广播终端的建设,在建设创新方面主要体现在技术、组织、模式及服务,最后提到了系统建设中的一些经验及达到的效果。

In view of the construction problem on the emergency hroa（least system, combined with the presenl situation of the construetion on the emergency hroadcast system of the province, on the basis of analyzing traditional hroadeasling which cannot meet the development trend of the lnternet, the paper puls forward the advantages of emergency broadcasting and gives the system architecture. After that. the paper introduees the construction contents of the emergency broadcast in detail, including the platform, the transmission network and the broadcast terminal. The technology, organization, model and service are mainly reflected in the constnletion of innovation. At last, some experiences and effects of the system construction are mentioned.
