CGF介导再生性牙髓治疗的临床疗效观察 被引量:9

Observation of clinical treatment of pulp regeneration conducted by using CGF

摘要 目的:观察使用浓缩生长因子膜CGF(Concentrate Growth Factors,CGF)作为根管内支架进行再生性牙髓治疗(Regenerative Endodontics Treatment,RET)疗效。方法:选取牙根停止发育年轻恒牙22颗,记录治疗前患牙牙根发育程度和根尖周病变情况。三名医师按照美国牙髓病医师协会(American Association of Endodotists,AAE)发布RET流程对患牙进行RET操作。将术中刺激根尖周组织获得血凝块达到或超过根中2/3的牙齿归为血凝块组(BC组)。在血凝块充盈不足根尖1/3水平牙齿根管内导入由自体静脉血制备的CGF膜,并归为CGF组。结果:BC组和CGF组分别有15和7颗患牙,在观察期内,共有17颗牙齿X线片呈现不同程度牙根壁增厚,长度增加,根尖孔闭合或呈闭合趋势影像。5颗牙齿表现为根尖病损好转,但牙根长度和厚度无明显变化,其中BC组3颗,CGF组2颗。结论:当血凝块形成不足时,CGF作为根管内支架介导RET临床疗效良好。 Objective:The purpose of the study was to observe the outcome of regenerative endodontic treatments(RET) by using CGF.Methods:Twenty-two young permanent teeth were chosen for the RET,and the age of patients varied from six to nineteen years old.The clinic situation of these teeth was carefully recorded as a data pool of radiography,including the development of the root and the infection and the apex before and after the treatment.Three doctors operate RET for these teeth according to the guideline of RET which was published by AAE.Depends on the filling degree of the blood clot in the root canal,all twenty-five teeth were divided to two groups.BC group has the teeth in that the blood clot filled over 2/3 third of the canal.The CGF group contains the teeth in which root canal was fulfilled by CGF because the blood clot stayed beneath the apical 1/3 of the canal.Results:There were fifteen and seven teeth belonging to BC and CGF group,respectively.In the duration of clinical observation,seventeen teeth presented the images of root development,including the thickness and length of root,and the closing of the apex foramen.Five teeth showed a cure of apical lesion but no development of the root.Three of them were BC group and another two belonged to CGF group.Conclusion:The CGF was useful in the clinical application of regenerative endodontic treatments.
