摘要
通过模拟汽车在行进过程中,变速箱姿态变化,检测变速箱中润滑油的流动情况和各轴承位的润滑情况。根据对变速箱结构及工况分析,提出了变速箱润滑试验台的设计方案。介绍了试验台的工作原理,重点描述了变速箱润滑试验台的机械结构设计及电控系统和软件系统的设计,并利用试验台对变速箱进行润滑试验,满足润滑试验需求。
Iy simulating the car in the process of moving, the gearbox attitude will be changed, we will check the flow of lubricating oil in the gearbox and the lubrication of each bearing position. A design of gearbox lubrication test bench was proposed based on the study of the transmission structure and work process. The working principle Of the test system was introduced and the structure design of the test bench was desscribed emphatically. And electronic control system and software system also were described . The test results show that the test bench meet :he requirement of lubrication test.
