摘要
油罐车的清洗是油品运输过程中必不可少的一个环节,针对油罐车和储油罐内部的清洗存在着成本高、难度大等问题。论文叙述了油罐车等密闭容器内部的清洗机构设计,经测试,该机构可有效的对密闭容器内部、玻璃幕墙等进行清洗,且成本低、易携带、用途广泛。采用8轮转向机构,可90°直角转弯,使得清洗无死角。且清洗机构不会产生任何电火花,还可用于易燃易爆容器的清洗。
The cleaning of oil tank car and oil tank is an essential part in the process of oil transportation and storage. At present,there are many problems such as high cost and difficulty in the cleaning work. The content of this paper is about the cleaning mechanism of the airtight container,such as oil tank,the purpose of which is how to design a safe,effective and economical cleaning method. This paper expounds the following points:The status of the study at home and abroad ;Mechanical design of every various parts of the cleaning structure and its worklLow;The design of the control program and the choice of the control chip. The device can be effective in the cleaning process of an airtight container,and glass curtain wall cleaning. It is low in manufacturing cost,convenient to carry,easy to operate and widely used. The 8 wheel steering and 90 degree right-angled turn can make the device reach the every comer of the container. The cleaning mechanism does not pro^luce any electric spark and can be used for the cleaning of internal inflammable and explosive container.
