摘要
针对水力升船机运行中关键部件同步轴的安全因素,论文提出了利用德国KMT公司的扭矩检测遥测感应系统和ABB公司的PLC实时数据处理和响应系统,实时对升船机12个同步轴进行扭矩检测的方法。详细介绍了动态扭矩检测的方法,遥测感应系统检测的原理,遥测感应系统扭矩检测中使用的扭矩标定方法和精度保证,及12个检测点扭矩信号的同步处理、存储、判断、预警等功能。
In order to solve the safety factors of the key components in the operation of the hydrauhc shiphft, the article proposed the use of the KMT coI apany's torque detection telemetry sensor system and ABB's PLC real-time data processing and response system, real-time on the ship's 12 ;ynchronous shaft Torque detection method. The method of dynamic torque detection, the principle of telemetry sensor system detection, the torque calibration method and precision guarantee used in torque detection of telemetry sensor system, and the synchronization processing, stc,rage, judgment and early warning of 12 kinds of detection point torque signals are introduced in detail.
