摘要
本文研究了在温室基质栽培和不施加任何化学肥料的情况下,接种内生真菌印度梨形孢8周后对芹菜生长及营养品质,尤其是矿物元素含量的影响。结果表明,印度梨形孢和芹菜的共生能显著促进芹菜的生长,接种2周和8周后芹菜的茎叶鲜重、根鲜重及植株鲜重分别高于对照50%和70%以上。接种8周后芹菜的产量与对照相比提高了70.7%,植株高度提高了30.2%,分蘖数提高了34.4%。芹菜植株更健壮,色泽更绿。芹菜中的VC含量和可溶性蛋白含量分别高于对照7.9%和15.0%,Ca、Mg、K、Na、Zn和Fe等矿物元素的含量分别比对照高83.8%,50.8%,53.6%,87.7%,37.8%和59.0%,而铜、锰及总黄酮含量和对照没有显著差异。结果表明:印度梨形孢能显著促进芹菜的生长,提高芹菜的营养品质。同时可减少化学肥料的使用,对保障食品安全性具有重要作用。
Effects of inoculation of endophytic fungi, Piriformospora indica on growth, nutritional quality, especially on the uptake of mineral elements were evaluated in substrate culture under greenhouse without adding any fertilizers after 8 weeks. The results showed that the interaction of P. indica and Chinese celery increased the growth of Chinese celery. The fresh shoot weight, root weight and total plant weight were improved by more than 50%, 70% at two weeks and eight weeks of P. indica inoculation, respectively. Fresh shoot weight(namely yield), plant height and petioles were increased by 70.7%, 30.2%, 34.4%, respectively, as compared with non-inoculated plants at eight weeks of inoculation.The inoculated plants were stronger and greener than the non-inoculated ones. The content of total soluble proteins and ascorbic acid in leafstalk of the inoculated plants increased significantly by 15.5% and 7.9%, respectively. ICP-MS and flame atomic absorption spectrometry analysis showed that the content of Ca, Na, K, Mg, Zn, Fe in inoculated celery leafstalk was significantly 83.8%, 87.7%, 53.6%, 50.8%, 37.8% and 59.0% higher than non-inoculated control, respectively. While there was no differences of Mn, Cu and total flavonoid content between inoculated and non-inoculated celery leafstalk. Our present findings underline that P. indica can promote the growth of celery, improve the nutritional qualities. Meanwhile it also deduced that commercial potential of P. indica inoculants can reduce application of chemical fertilizer and enhance the food safety of celery.
