This article analyzes the new opportunities and challenges faced by educators in their dealing w ith college students＇ ideological and political w ork based on multicultural perspective,and exposes the profound influence of the multiculture to the college students＇ ideology,value orientation,study and life. The paper further proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve and strengthen the ideological and political w ork of college students,w ith the expectation of constantly enhancing the dominance and effectiveness of college students＇ ideological and political w ork and promoting the integrated development of college students.
