英国脱欧看似意外,实际却有着内在的合理性,英国与欧盟国家内部贸易比重不断下降和贸易结构有所退化是直接的原因,而经济全球化的抵消作用、更大的外部引力、经济周期波动、初级产品价格变化和技术创新能力的下降,是英国与欧盟内部贸易实绩下降的深层次原因。我国在调整区域经济一体化策略时,应吸取其经验和教训,采取合宜的措施。

The Brexit look like accidental but has inherent rationality. The decline in the propor- tion of internal trade and the degeneration of trade pattern are the direct reasons for it. The trade off of economic globalization, more powerful external gravity, economic fluctuation, boom and bust of primary products and the decrease of technological innovation are the deep cause of trade perfor- mance. China should learn from the experiences and lessons to adjust the regional economic inte- gration strategy.
