摘要
以CdS、Se、Zn粉和玻璃基质为原料,采用高温熔融法制备了CdS_xSe_(1-x)量子点硅酸盐玻璃,研究了ZnO含量对CdS_xSe_(1-x)量子点发光玻璃微观结构及发光性能的影响。结果表明:ZnO对CdS_xSe_(1-x)量子点玻璃的发光性能有显著的影响,紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析结果说明在470 nm蓝光激发下,掺Zn O的CdS_xSe_(1-x)量子点玻璃中CdS_xSe_(1-x)量子点处于强限域区,出现了强烈的带边激子发射现象,证明量子点具有明显的量子尺寸效应。当样品中ZnO的质量分数为13%时,荧光光谱峰强最大,半峰宽最窄。
CdS,Se,Zn powder and glass matrix were used as raw material to prepare the CdSxSe1-x quantum dots silicate glass by using co-melting method. The effect of ZnO content on the microscopic structure and luminescent properties of CdSxSe1-x quantum dots silicate glass were studied. Experimental results indicate that Zn O can significantly influence the luminescence properties of CdSxSe1-x quantum dots glass. The results of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum analysis show that the CdSxSe1-x quantum dots are in a strong confined area,which lead to a strong belt edge exciton emission phenomenon,proving that the quantum size effect of quantum dots is obvious under the excitation of 470 nm blue light. When the mole fraction of ZnO is 13%,the PL spectrum peak is the strongest,and the half width of peak is the narrowest.
