高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用法测定饲料中的无机砷及其他砷形态 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在建立一种饲料中不同形态砷化合物分离检测方法,采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术(HPLC-ICP-MS)分离检测饲料中的无机砷及其它砷形态。5种砷形态的方法检出限(以砷计)分别为:三价砷[As(Ⅲ)]4.0μg/kg,五价砷[As(V)]5.0μg/kg,一甲基砷(MMA)3.0μg/kg,二甲基砷(DMA)2.0μg/kg,砷甜菜碱(AsB)2.0μg/kg。加标回收率为88.6%~105%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.7%(n=6)。应用所建立的方法成功测定了饲料中不同形态砷化合物的含量。结果表明,饲料中的砷形态以有机砷为主,该法完全可以满足饲料中无机砷的检测要求。 This study was conducted to develop a method for the separation analysis of arsenic in feed. Inorganic arsenic and other arsenic speices of feed were performed on liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS). The detection limits of five arse- nic species [AsB, DMA, MMA, As (V) and As (Ⅲ)l were 2.0 μg/kg, 2.0 μg/kg, 3.0 μg/kg, 5.0 μg/kg, 4.0 μg/kg respectively, the recoveries were in the range of 88.6%-105%, and the relative standard de- viation (RSD) were in the range of 2.1% -6.7% (n=6). Using the method developed in this study, we have successful determined the different species of arsenic in feed samples. The results showed that or-ganic arsenic was the main species in feed, this method can fully meet the requirements of deter- mination of inorganic arsenic in feed.
