葎草粉对肉牛生长性能和瘤胃液理化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究葎草粉对肉牛生长性能和瘤胃液理化指标的影响,选取24头西门塔尔肉牛,随机分成4组,每组6头,试验各组分别用葎草粉替代对照组饲料中15%、30%、60%苜蓿草粉,试验期90 d。试验结果表明:试验1组、试验2组与对照组相比生长性能指标没有显著变化,试验3组较对照组、试验1组、试验2组的头均末重、头均增重、头均日增重均显著降低(P<0.05),对照组和试验各组之间瘤胃液挥发性脂肪酸指标保持稳定,试验1组较对照组、试验2组、试验3组的羧甲基纤维素酶显著提高(P<0.05),可见用适量的葎草粉替代苜蓿草粉不会对肉牛的生长性能和瘤胃液理化指标造成不利影响,但随着葎草添加量的增加,60%葎草替代组对肉牛的生长有负面影响,建议葎草粉作为首蓿草粉的替代物饲喂肉牛,葎草粉替代苜蓿草粉的比例控制在15%~45%之间。 In order to study effect of humulus powder oll the growth perfirmance and humulus sctmdenspowder physivochemical index. 24 heads Simmental carries randomly divided into Ibm groups . each group inchHled 6 cows, 15%, 30%, 60% Humulus powder of experiment groups substituted fbr alfalfa powder of control gmt,p, the experiment lasted for 90 (lays period . the results showed thai .compared witll control group, the growth perfi)rmance index vhange conllmred with the control group , the head significantly lower than the control group, Ihe group 1 and the group 2. In the control group and the lest group, tile golatile fatty acids in tile rumen fluid renmined stable , Compared with the control group, the group 2 and the group 3, CMCase of the 1 groups increased significantly (P〈O.05) , there were no ad- verse effects with the amount of humulus powder instead of alfalfa meal on growth performance and ru- men liquid of beef cattle , with the increase of the amount of humulus, humulus group 60% have a nega- tive impact on Deel" cattle growth , it was suggested that humulus powder replacing alfalfa meal ratio con- trolled belween 15%-455 feeding beef cattle .
