车身轻量化实现的思路及途径

摘要 分析了高强度钢、铝合金、镁合金、塑料等新材料的特性及应用现状,从新材料的应用、结构优化、工艺三方面阐述了车身轻量化实现的思路和途径,从布局、尺寸、形状等方面对车身结构进行了优化。 This paper analyzes the characteristics and application of high strength steel, Aluminum Alloy, magnesium alloy, plastic and other new materials, expounds the ideas and ways of lightweight realization of the body from three aspects of the application of new materials, structural optimization and production process, and optimizes the body structure from the aspects of layout, size and shape.
