马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of cinepazide maleate injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取张家港市第一人民医院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的急性脑梗死患者92例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组患者给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组患者给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学(纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容、血浆黏度),并观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者神经功能缺损评分、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容及血浆黏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者神经功能缺损评分、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容及血浆黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论采用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的神经功能和血液流变学,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of cinepazide maleate injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 92 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in Zhangjiagang First People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,46 cases in each group. Control group was given compound danshen injection,observation group was given cinepazide maleate injection,both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effect,NIHSS scores and hemorheology（ fibrinogen,hematokrit,plasma viscosity） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no significant statistical differences of NIHSS scores,fibrinogen,hematokrit or plasma viscosity was found between the two group（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the observation group of NIHSS scores,fibrinogen,hematokrit and plasma viscosity were lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no serious adverse reactions happened between the two groups. Conclusion Cinepazide maleate injection has an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,it can obviously improve the neurological function and hemorheology of patients,and with good safety.
