孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效及其对患儿肺功能的影响

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium in treating infantile anaphylactic cough and the impact on lung function of children

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效及其对患儿肺功能的影响。方法选取苏州市立医院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的小儿过敏性咳嗽患儿140例,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组患儿采用盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,观察组患儿采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,两组患儿均持续用药14 d。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、咳嗽持续时间、复发率、治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气末容积(FEV1)、呼气高峰流量(PEFR)、用力肺活量(FVC)]及生活质量评分。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿咳嗽持续时间短于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿FEV1、PEFR、FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿FEV1、PEFR、FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿饮食、睡眠、精神状态及精力充沛评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患儿的临床症状及肺功能,提高生活质量,且疾病复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of singulair in treating infantile anaphylactic cough and the impact on lung function of children. Methods A total of 140 cases of children with infantile anaphylactic cough were selected from December 2015 to December 2016 in Suzhou Municipal Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group. Control group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride,observation group was treated with montelukast sodium,both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical effect,cough continued time and recurrence rate and the lung function indexes（ FEV1,PEFR,FVC） before and after treatment,quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group of cough continued time was shorter than control group,recurrence rate was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of FEV1,PEFR or FVC was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; the observation group of FEV1,PEFR,FVC were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group of diet,sleepping,mental state and vigorous scores were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium has an exactly clinical effect in treating infantile anaphylactic cough,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and lung function,promote the quality of life,and with lower recurrence rate.
