阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效比较研究

Clinical effect comparison of amoxicillin combined with omeprazole and pantoprazole in treating gastric ulcer

目的比较阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取盐边县人民医院2012年7月—2015年10月收治的胃溃疡患者164例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各82例。患者入院后均给予阿莫西林治疗,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗,研究组患者给予泮托拉唑治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。研究组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿莫西林联用泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状,降低疾病复发,且安全性好。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with omeprazole and pantoprazole in treating gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 164 cases of patients with gastric ulcer were selected from July 2012 to October 2015 in Yanbian County People＇s Hospital of Panzhihua City,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,82 cases in each group. All patients were given amoxicillin,control group was given omeprazole,study group was given pantoprazole,both groups were treated for 6 weeks. The clinical effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no serious adverse reactions occurred between the two groups. The recurrence rate of study group was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with pantoprazole have an exactly clinical effect in treating gastric ulcer,it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,reduce recurrence rate,and with good safety.
