摘要
目的探讨超声引导下行甲状腺内纳米碳注射在甲状腺癌切除术中的应用效果。方法选取河北医科大学第二医院2015—2016年收治行甲状腺癌切除术患者60例。根据是否注射纳米碳分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组患者于术前在超声引导下行甲状腺内纳米碳注射术,对照组患者于术前行常规准备。比较两组患者术中出血量、术后住院时间、手术时间、甲状旁腺误切、术后低血钙症状、术后一过性血清钙离子降低、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)暂时降低发生情况。结果两组患者术中出血量、术后住院时间、手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者甲状旁腺误切率及术后低血钙症状、术后一过性血清钙离子降低及PTH暂时降低发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下行甲状腺内纳米碳注射在甲状腺癌切除术中的应用效果确切,可减少甲状旁腺误切、甲状旁腺损伤的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of intra-thyroid carbon nanotubes injection under ultrasound guidance in thyroid cancer resection. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients underwent thyroid cancer resection surgery were selected from 2015 to 2016 years in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University,which were divided intp observation group and control group according to whether or not injected intra-thyroid carbon nanotubes,30 cases in each group. Observation group was given intra-thyroid carbon nanotubes injection under ultrasound guidance before operation,control group was given routinely prepared before operation. The intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, operation time, parathyroid misdiagnosis,postoperative hypocalcemia symptoms,postoperative transient serum calcium loss,parathyroid hormone( PTH) transient reduction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant differences of intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay or operation time was found between the two group( P〉0. 05). The observation group of the incidence rate of parathyroid misdiagnosis,postoperative hypocalcemia symptoms,postoperative transient serum calcium loss,PTH transient reduction were lower than control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Intra-thyroid carbon nanotubes injection under ultrasound guidance has an exactly clinical effect in thyroid cancer resection surgery,it can effectively reduce the parathyroid misdiagnosis and parathyroid injury occurred.
