The Existence Feature of University's Students and the Analyzing about their Plasticity and Initiative——On the Basis of Dietrich Benner's Education Theory

基于德国当代著名教育家底特利希·本纳(Dietrich Benner)提出的人的存在的特征,总结大学生的存在体现出"肉体性、自由性、历史性和语言性"四个特征,基于此四个特征,探索教育在其可塑性和主动性培养过程中的作用,同时分析社会影响在大学生可塑性和主动性养成中的意义,可以为当前高校学生工作者提供相应的借鉴与参考。

On the basis of modern educator Dietrich Benner＇s education theory which people existence features, we can summarize the university＇s students existence is shown the four feature＂body, freedom, historic, linguistic＂. On the basis of these four features, we can explore the education＇s effect in the process about the developing of university＇s students＇ plasticity and initiative.At the same time, we analyze the significance of the social impact, then can provide some reference to the university＇s student workers.
