摘要
乡村教师整县推进培训模式是"国培计划"第二周期的主要培训模式之一。"整合高等学校、县级教师发展中心和中小学校优质资源,建立乡村教师校长专业发展支持服务体系"是这一周期"国培计划"的工作重点。本文基于县域乡村教师实际,构建了"五类项目"设计、实施与评估框架,依据培训时序从培训前项目与方案设计、培训中资源开发与教学实施以及培训后的绩效评估几方面,对整县推进的培训模式与培训策略做了全面建构与梳理。
The whole-county-driven training mode for country teachers is one of the main patterns in the second round training. The key work for this round‘National Training Program 'is to integrate the teacher development centers of higher education institutions and the ones in county level, to build the support and service system for country teachers and principals professional development.This article is based on the reality of country teachers, constructing design,implementation and evaluation frame of five categories of programs. The training modes and training strategies are thoroughly analyzed and constructed in aspects of pre-training project and plan designing, training resources developing and training implementing during training and evaluating after training.
