Reflections on the Construction of Quality Assurance System for Graduate Education Units

本文阐述了为保证研究生培养质量,建立研究生质量保障体系的基本内容,从完善导向机制、明确保障体系建设的方向性,完善运行机制、增强保障体系建设的动力性,完善监控机制、加强保障体系建设的规范性,完善评价反馈机制、加强保障体系建设的科学性等四个方面提出了相应的对策与建议。

This paper expounds the fundamental contents in terms of the establishment of the guarantee system of postgraduates＇ quality with the aim of guaranteeing the development of postgraduates＇ quality. To achieve this goal, the paper offers four countermeasures and proposals as follows： perfecting the guidance mechanism to specify the direction of the guarantee system construction; perfecting the operation mechanism to strengthen the dynamic of the guarantee system construction; perfecting the monitoring mechanism to improve the normalization of the guarantee system construction; and perfecting the mechanism of evaluation and feedback to enhance the scientificity of the guarantee system construction.
