第一次把"异化"概念紧密地与现实社会问题有机结合最早出现于马克思的著作《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中,并用劳动异化理论揭示资产阶级与工人阶级根本矛盾所在。并在此基础上在《穆勒评注》《巴黎手稿》等文本中对异化理论实现深化和根本性的转变。
