摘要
干部人事档案是记载干部个人主要经历、政治面貌、品德作风等重要文件的材料,起着凭证、依据和参考的作用,也是用人单位了解与选拔人才的重要依据。随着经济体制和人事制度改革的进一步深化,干部人事档案管理制度存在的问题日益突出,我们必须采取相应的对策来进一步解决这些问题。本文将对目前存在的比较突出的问题进行相关的探究和分析,改进干部人事档案管理工作,规范干部人事档案管理和使用,做好干部人事信息保密工作,推动档案管理制度的进一步完善。
Cadre personnel files are important documents recording personal experience, political attitudes, ideological style and so on, which function as proof, basis and reference for government departments and institutions to select and promote talented people. With the deepening reform of economic system and personnel system, the problems in the existing management system of cadre personnel fileshave become hot point. Therefore, corresponding measures must be taken to solve these problems. This paper will mainly discuss and analyze the most serious problems in the existing management system of cadre personnel files, then propose some suggestions on improving the management of cadre personnel files, regulating the management and usage of cadre personnelfiles and maintaining secrecy of personnel files information, so as to further improve the management system of personnel files.
