摘要
为了制作出经济、实用、简便易用的防脱片,对传统蛋白甘油防脱剂的配方进行了改良,在其中加入了浓度为40%的乙醇,通过蛋白、甘油和乙醇三者的相互作用,提高了防脱剂的黏附能力,消除了传统蛋白甘油防脱剂的红色背景。结果表明:采用改良后的防脱剂制作出的防脱片,其在免疫组化切片制作中的防脱率(90.0%)与在H.E.染色试验中的背景清晰率(94.5%)均显著(P<0.05)优于传统蛋白甘油防脱剂制作的防脱片(73.3%与0),而与美国进口的防脱片相比,两指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。
In order to make an economic,practical and easy-to-use anti-slice escaping,the study modified the traditional formula about the antidepilation agent which is composed of protein and glycerin. With the mixture of 40% concentration ethanol and the interaction of protein,glycerin and ethanol,the adhesion ability of the improved antidepilation agent was enhanced,meanwhile,the red background of the traditional formula with protein and glycerin was eliminated. The results showed that the rate of the anti-slice escaping produced by improved antidepilation agent detected using immunohis to chemistry mehtod( 90. 0%) and the clarity( 94. 5%) of background detected by H. E. staining test were significantly( P〈 0. 05) better than those of the traditional formula( 73. 3% and 0); while no significant( P〉0. 05) difference with the slices imported from the United States.
