鸡白痢沙门氏菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:9

Isolation,identification and drug sensitive test of Salmonella pullorum

摘要 为了查明某规模化蛋鸡场疑似沙门氏菌感染病例的病原,从而制订合理的治疗方案,分别采集发病鸡的肝脏、脾脏和心血,进行了组织染色镜检、分离培养、特性培养、生化鉴定及血清学特性观察,采用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法(K-B法)分析了2株分离菌对9种常见抗生素的耐药性。结果表明:2株分离菌为鸡白痢沙门氏菌,分离株对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星高度敏感,对卡那霉素、庆大霉素中度敏感,对青霉素、阿奇霉素等不敏感。说明该蛋鸡养殖场的产蛋鸡中已经存在耐药的沙门氏菌感染,鉴于沙门氏菌为垂直传播的人畜共患病病原菌,建议该场要注意日常饲养管理中抗生素的合理、安全使用。 To find out the pathogens of a suspected Salmonella infection from a large-scale egg farm,and then to provide a reasonable treatment,the livers,spleens and blood of sick chickens were collected to take the histological staining microscopy,isolation and culture,characteristic culture,biochemical identification and the observation of serological characteristics. Also,the Drug Resistance of two suspected Salmonella to 9 kinds of common antibiotics were analyzed using the disk diffusion( K-B) method. The results showed that the isolates were Salmonella pullorum which were highly sensitive to ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin,mild sensitive to gentamicin and kanamycin,and insensitive to zithromycin and penicillin. The results suggest that the drug resistance of Salmonella infection has been existed in the egg farm. In view of the fact that Salmonella is a kind of zoonosis of vertical transmission,it is recommended that the farm should pay attention to the reasonable and safe use of antibiotics in daily feeding and management.
