摘要
为了对安宁市送检的病例进行确诊,从而采取及时有效的治疗措施,通过临床诊断、病理剖检发现送检的活体保育猪淋巴结肿大,肺脏肿大有肉样变,肾乳头出血,肝脏有灰白色坏死灶,随后采集病料通过RT-PCR法对病原进行鉴别诊断,RT-PCR扩增得到大小为485 bp和750 bp的两个条带,说明该病猪为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和支原体混合感染。对发病猪及时隔离消毒,采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,预后良好。
In order to diagnose the cases in Anning effective treatment measures are taken in time through clinical diagnosis and pathological examination. It was found that the porcine lymph nodes were enlarged,the enlarged lung was carnificated,the renal papillary was hemorrhaged,and the liver had a gray necrosis. Subsequently,the pathogen was collected and identified by RT-PCR assay two DNA fragments with the size of 485 bp and 750 bp. were amplified. It indicated that the diseased pig was a mixed infection of PRRSV and Mycoplasma. Through timely isolation and disinfection of the diseased pigs and the treatment of integrated combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the prognosis is good.
