三稠环系三唑磷茂啉化学(Ⅷ)——2-(0,0-二烷基)亚磷酸酯基-3-氧烷基苯并噻唑并-[2,3-d]-1,2-二氢-1,2,4,3-三唑磷茂啉的合成与构象

THE CHEMISTRY OF FUSED TRICYCLOTRIAZAPHOSPHOLE(Ⅷ)

本文通过对2-(N′,N′,N″,N″—四烷基)亚磷酰胺基-3-二烷基胺基苯并噻唑并-[2,3-d]-1.2-二氢-1,2,4,3-三唑磷茂啉(Ⅰ)的醇代与硫化反应的研究,合成了两个系列的三稠环系三唑磷茂啉的新衍生物(Ⅱ)和(Ⅲ),测定了这些新化合物的IR.;~1H,^(13)C,^(61)PNMR;MS.,并对其波谱性质及其构象进行了探讨,得出了Ⅱ中环内磷与环外磷在其波谱性质等方面不相同的结论。

The alcoholysis and sulfidation of 2-bis(dialkylamino) phosphino-3-dialkylamino-1, 2-dihydrobenzothiazolo-[2, 3-d]-1, 2, 4, 3-triazaphosphole were studied. Two series of new derivatives (Ⅱ and Ⅲ) were synthesized from these reactions. The properties and conformation of these derivatives were also discussed on the basis of IR; ~1H, ^(13)C, ^(31)p NMR and MS data. The cyclic phosphorus and exo-cyclic phosphorus in Ⅱ show different spectral properties.
